Education: BSN required.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Valid Ohio RN license
Current AHA BLS certification required at the time of hire.
Experience: Minimum of three years critical care RN experience and one year of management or demonstrated leadership ability is required.
Knowledge/Skills:
o Must be able to multitask with constant interruptions while maintaining a pleasant demeanor
o Basic computer knowledge
o Strong organization skills
o Effective interpersonal and communication skills
