Education: Graduation from accredited school of nursing; BSN required or must obtain within 5 years of hire. Proof of enrollment required within 6 months of hire.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
▪ Valid Ohio RN license
▪ AHA BLS Certification required at time of hire
▪ ACLS Certification required at time of hire
▪ PALS Certification within 6 months
Experience: Minimum 1 - 3 years of recent critical care experience within an acute care hospital setting required. Demonstrated leadership abilities, communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge/Skills:
o Must be able to multitask with constant interruptions while maintaining a pleasant demeanor
o Basic computer knowledge
o Strong organization skills
o Effective interpersonal and communication skills
