Knowledge/skills: Vision creations, defining business requirements, translating requirements to an Agile team, and achieve objectives of the team’s mission assignment. Will likely oversee multiple missions and teams simultaneously.
Comfort around matrix reporting and working with multiple levels of leadership is needed for success. This is a roll-up your sleeves role and not a strategist role.
