ANESTHESIA TECH
The Anesthesia Technicians are integral members of the anesthesia care team. Their role is to assist anesthesiologists and anesthetists in the acquisition, preparation and application of the equipment and supplies required for the administration of anesthesia. In this role, they contribute to safe, efficient and cost-effective anesthesia care. They provide support in anesthesia for routine and complex surgical cases by assisting in the preparation and maintenance of patient monitoring devices and anesthesia delivery systems before and during anesthesia.
Minimum Level of Education Required: High School completion / GED
Current CPR is required.
Must be able to multitask with interruptions while maintaining a professional demeanor
Basic computer knowledge
Strong organizational skills
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
