DEPT: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Full-Time / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 

The IT Asset Manager is responsible for activities including purchasing, invoices, asset management, budgets and other administrative responsibilities. The individual will anticipate business needs and participate in cost saving initiatives and efficiency improvement. These responsibilities require the individual to be a knowledge leader for their areas of responsibility. Delivers results and solutions across multiple teams for the enterprise.

Education

Minimum Level of Education Required: Associate degree

§ Type of degree: Associate’s Degree with 1 year of demonstrated progressive experience working with IT OR Bachelor’s Degree

§ Area of study or major: Business or IT related field

Minimum Level of Experience Required: 5 - 7 years of job related experience

Prior job title or occupational experience: 5 years of demonstrated experience as an Office Manager/Asset Manager

· Possesses the skill to consistently deliver solution sets for systems and business problems without significant supervision.

· Demonstrates proficiency in all skills required to facilitate asset management and systems enhancements or replacements.

· Capability to analyze and resolve asset management problems.

· Demonstrates an understanding of clinical and/or business operations.

· Communicates effectively with users, colleagues, developers, and organizational administration.

· Demonstrates excellent analytical skills.

· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional work teams with minimal supervision.

· Demonstrates key interpersonal skills to effectively interact with department leadership and staff, physicians, vendors, and consultants.

· Able to effectively communicate technical subjects to non-technical customers.

· Demonstrates an understanding and the ability to manage capital and operating budgets

· Requires knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications, advanced level of knowledge with Excel
