Education: Graduation from accredited school of nursing. BSN required or must be enrolled in an accredited BSN program within 2 year from date in position; with completion of the BSN within 3 years from date in position.
Licensure: Valid Ohio Registered Nurse License
Certification: Current CPR certification; NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure) certification
Preferred.
Experience: Minimum two year supervisory/leadership experience with two years of clinical
experience as Registered Nurse in Mother-Baby.
Skills/Other: Excellent leadership and decision making skills. Demonstrates a full range of
highly effective communication and problem-solving skills. Proven clinical competence. Proven ability to perform ongoing prioritization
