ASSOCIATE NURSE MGR-FLOAT POOL

Education

Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor's degree

Additional requirements:

§ Type of degree: Nursing

§ Area of study or major: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing

§ Preferred educational qualifications: Masters Preferred

§ Position specific testing requirement: N/A

Licensure/Certification/Registration

§ Valid Ohio RN License

§ Current CPR

§ ACLS and PALS required or must obtain within one year from date in position.

Experience

Minimum Level of Experience Required: 1 - 3 years of job-related experience

Prior job title or occupational experience: Progressive leadership experience

Prior specific functional responsibilities: Minimum 2 years experience as an RN in, at minimum, an Advanced Care (step down) setting.

Preferred experience: Critical care experience
