Working Conditions:

Essential Duties & Functions
Essential Duties & Functions:
4. Maintains basic knowledge of imaging procedures. Independently performs all other assigned clerical tasks, and receptionist functions in collaboration with the Medical Imaging Team.
5. Answers questions regarding procedures, informs patients and families of exam status or delays. Promptly notifies technical areas of patient arrival.
6. Assists with the coordination of patient flow and activities of the Medical Imaging area to optimize patient time and satisfaction.
7. Strictly follows all safety practices and policies.
8. Maintains knowledge of the locations, and operations of all emergency equipment in the unit.
9. Follows radiation safety policies and procedures.
