Premier Health is seeking a Caregiver Relations Business Partner to navigate the caregiver experience in both unionized and non-unionized settings. As a CRBP, you'll provide advice, consultation, and guidance on employee relations, performance, and behavior concerns in a fair and consistent manner.
HYBRID / WORK-FROM-HOME AVAILABLE: MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN REASONABLE DRIVING DISTANCE TO DAYTON, OH.
(within approximately one hour driving distance)
Responsibilities
· Minimize business risk and enhance company Just Culture
· Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
· Resolve caregiver relations issues in a timely manner
· Provide coaching on HR policies and practices
· Deliver high levels of customer service to caregivers
· Conduct training on various HR topics
· Identify legal requirements affecting HR functions
· Collect and analyze employee data

Requirements / Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or Industrial Psychology
- 1-3 years of job-related experience
- PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of federal and state employment law
