Minimum Level of Education Required: Associate degree
* Area of study or major: Human Services, social work, mental health or related field
* Position specific testing requirement: Must undergo a criminal background check with the Ohio bureau of criminal identification and investigation and a background check with the Ohio central registry on child abuse and neglect.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Driver’s license and insurance
Minimum Level of Experience Required: 1 - 3 years of job-related experience
Prior job title or occupational experience: Customer service and the ability to work in a fast pace, real time data entry environment.
Prior specific functional responsibilities: Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. word processing, electronic spreadsheets, and databases), email applications and intranet usage.
Preferred experience: Customer service
Other experience requirements: Data entry at least 35 words per minute
Knowledge/Skills:
* Must possess and display effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments
* Ability to tactfully and effectively deal with public and staff in a personable and professional manner
* Organized, self-directed, proactive, solution focused, and high attention to detail and good follow-up skills.
* Non-smoker
