Certification:     Certified Tumor Registrar as credentialed by the National Cancer Registrars Association required.

B.  Effective written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

C.  Coding principles preferred.

D.  High quality typing skills preferred

 E.  Medical terminology, anatomy and computer terminology experience preferred.

 F.  Effective interpersonal and communication skills for interactions with physicians, ancillary staff and volunteers.

G.  Demonstrates leadership skills, flexibility and self-direction with the ability to work independently.
