CLIN ONCOLOGY PHARMACIST-AMBULATORY
Education Required: Bachelor's degree
Additional requirements:

Area of study or major: Pharmacy
Preferred educational qualifications: PharmD and Pharmacy Residency preferred
Licensure/Certification/Registration
Licensed Pharmacist
License is in good standing with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy
Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) or Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialists (BCPS) or Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist (BCACPS)
Experience Required: 1 - 3 years of job-related experience
Prior job title or occupational experience: Hospital or Ambulatory Care Pharmacist
Preferred experience: residency trained and/or board certified, prior oncology or infusion center experience
Knowledge/Skills
Proficiency with computer systems and PC applications is required.
The ability to assimilate and effectively utilize a broad range of pharmaceutical and medical data, procedures, and terminology is required.
The ability to organize and supervise pharmacy operations and associated personnel is a necessity with minimal direction.
The incumbent must demonstrate evidence of skill in pharmacy operations.
The ability to act as a liaison between professional and nonprofessional personnel is required.
