Position: Clinical Associate
Department: Pain Center
Facility: Miami Valley Hospital & Miami Valley Hospital South
Shift: Full-time Monday-Friday 7:30 am-4:30 pm; full-time 80 hours per pay period
The Clinical Associate is responsible for general clerical, reception, and customer service, for the operation of the physician office. The Clinical Associate handles a high volume of sensitive medical and personal information daily. They handle incoming calls and other assigned duties.
Education
Minimum Level of Education Required: High School completion / GED
Licensure/Certification/Registration
Current CPR certification required at the time of hire from the American Heart Association and American Red Cross
Experience
Minimum Level of Experience Required: 1 - 3 years of job-related experience
Prior job title or occupational experience: Medical/Nursing related field
Preferred experience: Medical Terminology
Knowledge/Skills
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office
Epic experience
