Education: Graduation from accredited school of nursing; BSN required or must obtain within 5 years of hire. Proof of enrollment required within 6 months of hire. ** RNs with 2 years of acute care hospital experience may elect to forgo the BSN requirement and sign a Professional Certification MOU which must be obtained with 3 years of hire.
Licensure: Valid Ohio Registered Nurse License
Certification: Current AHA BLS certification required upon hire.
Experience: none required
Knowledge/Skills: Must be able to multitask with constant interruptions while maintaining a pleasant demeanor. Basic computer knowledge. Strong organization skills. Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
