CLINICAL NURSE-CN

Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN required or must obtain within 3 years of hire. Proof of enrollment required within 6 months.
License: Current Ohio State license as a Registered Nurse required.
Certification: Professional level CPR required; ACLS required within 18 months of hire.
Experience: Min. 1 year of RN experience in an acute care hospital setting is preferred. If a new grad RN (in the past 12 months) is selected, the Versant Residency Program is required unless the candidate has 6 months experience practicing / working as a Registered Nurse in the same type of setting (acute care to acute care, for example). This program does not apply to anyone who graduated more than 12 months ago. A 3 year post-residency work commitment to Premier Health is required. Skills/Other: Ability to read and communicate effectively in English with strong interpersonal skills. Requires critical thinking and prioritization skills.
