- BSN preferred. Must obtain BSN within 3 years of hire with acceptance into a BSN program within 6 months of hire.
- Current Ohio State license as a Registered Nurse required.
- Professional Level CPR required.
- ACLS obtained within 1 year of hire date for all Labor/Delivery/Circulating & Recovery Nurses.
- NRP obtained within 6 months of hire date.
- NRP required for all Pool staff. ACLS preferred for Pool Staff.
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Have strong interpersonal skills.
- Requires critical thinking and prioritization skills.
