- Graduate from NLN Accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Ohio State license as a Registered Nurse required.
- If not newly graduated, has practiced as a Registered Nurse in healthcare within the last 3 years preferred.
- Professional level CPR required.
- PALS certification within 18 months after completion of Pediatric orientation for full-time and part-time and preferred for pool and support staff.
- Successful completion of an approved Chemotherapy course within 18 months of hire for full-time and part-time and preferred for pool and support staff. Chemotherapy certification is preferred
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English with strong interpersonnal skills.
- Requires critical thinking and prioritization skill
