COMMUNICATIONS SPEC-MVH (Full-Time / 12p - 12a / NIGHT SHIFT/ 36 hours per week / 72 hours per pay)

Minimum Level of Education Required: High School completion / GED

Licensure/Certification/Registration: This position requires a certified Emergency Medical Technician or Paramedic in the state of Ohio, or may have the equivalent in knowledge or experience. Air Medical Communication Specialist Certification required within 5 years from date in position.

Experience

Minimum Level of Experience Required: 1 - 3 years of job-related experience

Prior job title or occupational experience: Must have minimum of 1 year full-time experience in EMS Dispatching

Preferred experience: Experience as an EMS provider is preferred

Working Conditions:

1. Must be able to sit/stand at work station for at least 12 hours.

2. Must be able to assist with loading/offloading patients from the aircraft at MVH.
