COMPREHENSIVE WOMENS CTR PRG MG

Education Required: Associate degree                                            

Additional requirements:

Area of study or major: Clinical area or related area, Nursing preferred

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Current Ohio licensure in appropriate clinical field preferred

Experience Required: 10+   years of job related experience

Prior job title or occupational experience: Experience in healthcare (e.g., Operations, Nursing, or Other Clinical area, etc.)

Prior specific functional responsibilities: Demonstrated experience in facilitation, project management and healthcare operations.   

Other experience requirements: 1 – 3 years experience with data analysis, decision support or finance with knowledge of analytical tools, such as spreadsheet applications and data bases

Knowledge/Skills:

Project Management skills

Strong statistical and analytical skills

Strong organizational skills

Effective oral and written communication skills

Must display tact and diplomacy, as well as professionalism

Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
