QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School graduate, culinary training preferred,
Certification: Ability to obtain ServeSafe Certification
Experience: Minimum of one year experience as a cook, preferably in large volume operation. It would take up to one year to learn all cook positions in department.
Skills: Must possess culinary related skills, must also possess effective verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak, read, and write in English and perform basic mathematical calculations
