Education: High School Graduate
Experience: Experience with physicians, nursing staff, patients and families are highly desirable but not required to work as a Customer Service Specialist.
Skills/Other: Strong interpersonal skills required with the ability to deal with difficult situations while remaining calm and polite.
Demonstrated outstanding customer relations skills required.
Demonstrated problem solving and complaint resolution skills required. Problem solving and complaint resolution skills must be at a high level.
Strong oral skills is required and be able to interact with employees from all
levels of the organization.
Well groomed neat appearance.
Must exhibit an attitude of caring, insure fairness and concerns for persons of all economic and social levels, races and cultures.
Ability to operate in areas that can be a high stress environment.
Ability to assist people in and out of wheelchairs and push wheelchairs is required.
Must remain polite and courteous while focusing on the overall delivery of service to consumers. Standing and walking for the entire shift is a requirement.
Required to work outdoors year round under all extremes of weather.
