Digital Facility Solutions SR Product Manager
· The Digital Health Sr. Product Manager creates the digital health mission vison and conveys to the team. (S)He is responsible for the mission’s success and for creating the product that exceeds user expectations and meets business goals. The Digital Health Sr. Product Manager will gather user requirements, write user stories, and prioritize the backlog with the Chief Digital Officer.
· The Digital Health Sr. Product Manager observes, learns about, contacts and analyzes the end users of the product. Gathers user requirements and translates them into user stories and decides what to build and what not to build to meet the objectives of the mission outcomes outlined with the Chief Digital Officer and Premier Health governance.
· Creates, maintains, and prioritizes the mission’s product backlog.
· Specify acceptance criteria for each user story that meets the mission.
· Clearly communicates the requirements to the Agile team formed to complete the mission.
· The Digital Health Sr. Product Manager will work multiple missions as prioritized by the Chief Digital Officer and Premier Health Governance.
· Give feedback to the Agile mission team and any development team members needed to create the product for the mission’s outcome.
· Facilitate the release planning with stakeholders.
· Participate in sprint meetings and track/measure product progress.
· Coach development and design teams with detailed guidance during the product development.
· Integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user and patient satisfaction.
· Coach business translators on their roll and ways they can grow into future Product Manager roles.

Exercises full management authority including performance reviews, discipline, termination and personnel hiring
· Observe, learn about, contact and analyze end users of the product

Education
Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelors Degree

Minimum Level of Experience Required: 7 to 10 years of job-related experience

Prior specific functional responsibilities: Product Manager of software products, business leadership
Preferred experience: Ability to provide leadership, guidance, and recommendations concerning the prioritization and coaching development required to accomplish business objectives
