Education/Licensure/Certification

Bachelors Degree in Management or related field required
-
Masters Degree in Management or related field preferred
-
ARRT or related specialty required
Experience
-
3-5 years of progressive experience in Medical Imaging operations required
-
Demonstrated experience in all facets of Medical Imaging management
-
Knowledge of imaging equipment and applications required
-
Demonstrated knowledge of various information systems within a hospital environment and how the information is utilized by the Medical Imaging Department to monitor service and performance
-
PC skills and understanding of commonly used software packages
-
Demonstrated track record in developing a good rapport with physicians and other customers
-
Demonstrated strong analytical skills with ability to interact with other hospital specialties

Creative problem-solving skills with a willingness to take the initiative in leading change, as well as the ability to effectively manage change
