Director, Centralized Verification Office
This position manages and directs the credentialing, re-credentialing, and ongoing monitoring operations of Premier Health Centralized Verification Organization (CVO) ensuring efficient, effective, and high-quality credentialing services. This includes development of criteria, policies, and procedures to enable the CVO to meet the credentialing and accreditation standards for the organization. The position continuously monitors the integrity of the provider database, Cactus and maintains CAQH applications imported into Credentialing Software.. The position provides support and oversight for the Medical Staff Services departments across the system and ensures that the needs of the Medical Staffs and respective committees are met. The Director is responsible for all Credentialing and Medical Staff activities and supervision of credentialing and medical staff personnel. The Director promotes a positive working relationship with internal and external customers
