Responsibilities Include:
Strategically lead and optimize operations across Premier Physician Network’s medical specialties
Champion innovative healthcare delivery models to enhance patient care and service
Drive financial stewardship and resource optimization
Cultivate a high-performing management team, nurturing professional growth and operational excellence
Forge collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders to advance healthcare goals
Ensure organizational adherence to the highest standards of healthcare compliance and ethics
Leverage data and analytics to inform operational decisions and strategic direction
Advanced degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 10 years’ executive leadership in healthcare operations, with a marked preference for experience in multi-specialty environments
A track record of successful strategic leadership and team development
Expertise in contemporary healthcare regulations, operational best practices, and fiscal management
Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Versatility in navigating the complexities of the healthcare landscape
