Organizational Standards
§
He/She
is responsible for providing individual counseling, marriage and family
counseling, group counseling, counseling related to problems in living, work
related issues, assessment, treatment planning, recording process notes,
consultation with psychiatric and psychological community resources, referral,
and discharge planning summaries.
§
He/She
is also responsible for managing while maintaining the relationship with
EmployeeCare accounts assigned to his/her care.
§
The
EAP Counselor-LISW/PCC/LICDC consults with his/her manager, in the treatment
of clients concerning intake interviews, testing, terminations, follow-up,
referrals, consultation and utilization of services and facilities.
§
The
Incumbent develops and maintains relationships with community leaders and agencies;
informs appropriate persons of compliance with referrals and of the types of
counseling available in EmployeeCare.
§
Provides
On Call crisis coverage for contracted employees and employers.
