JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Associate’s degree required. Baccalaureate degree preferred.
Licensure/Certification: Certification to practice as a paramedic in the State of Ohio and/or licensure to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Ohio.
Experience: Must have a minimum of five years of clinical experience in pre-hospital emergency medical services. Previous experience with curriculum planning/education required. Eligible to obtain a commercial drivers license and appropriate insurance for a commercial vehicle required. Previous employment as an EMS Coordinator preferred. Experience with marketing required.
Skills/Other: Current provider of BLS, ACLS instructor status preferred. Requires superior verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Desire knowledge of MS office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to lift and/or assist with patients of varying size and weight up to 100 pounds, push and pull beds, wheelchairs, and equipment
