QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent or the ability to pass an assessment test.
Experience: Some cleaning experience helpful, but not required.
Skills/Other: Successfully completes orientation and 3-month probationary period. Passes pre-employment physical. Successful completion of skill tests in following areas: reading, writing, basic math, Customer Relations.
Physical strength for such activities as moving equipment, lifting etc. to a maximum of 60lbs. Good organizational skills and the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, excellent communications skills and the ability to work under occasionally stressful conditions which can occur due to the work load.
