Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy required.

Licensure: LSW, PC MFT Required. Current license with the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board.

Certification: CPI required by end of probationary period. CPR required by end of probationary period.

Experience: A minimum of three years post-Masters degree of experience in a health care setting, mental health setting and/or Alcohol/Drug Treatment Program agency setting is preferred.

Skills/Other: Strong Communication and Clinical Skills, including competency in diagnosing, along with knowledge of community resources.
