The Financial Information Management (FIM) ERP Analyst participates in the analysis, development and implementation of ERP/Financial systems to support organizational needs. The FIM ERP Analyst provides support for a variety of automated projects within the areas of Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Finance and Payroll. The position is responsible for the development and maintenance of required system documentation, reports, system tables, Process Flows, et cetera within the assigned area of primary responsibility and is a support/backup resource for other areas as assigned within the FIM Department and Corporate Finance Division of Premier Health.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related financial field required

Experience: Three years experience in an Accounting/Finance-related field or in an ERP Financial Systems Analyst role required. Two years experience in a three-way match Accounts Payable environment strongly preferred. Experience in a fully integrated ERP environment preferred but not required. Financial system implementation or upgrade experience preferred. Functional knowledge of enterprise level, cloud based SaaS applications with Accounting, Fixed Asset, Financial, Accounts Payable and/or Payroll modules. Extensive knowledge of spreadsheet applications and word processing packages and knowledge of SharePoint based applications
Skills/Other: Ability to contribute to large automation projects as demonstrated by previous project experience. Demonstrated experience in a structured, goal-oriented team environment. g. Demonstrated knowledge of Accounting, Payroll and/Demonstrated technical skills and software problem-solving techniques. Demonstrated knowledge of database design concepts and testinor Accounts Payable process re-design, testing and workflow documentation. Proven report-writing and process-documentation skills. Strong inter-personal and organizational skills. Effective oral and written communication skills.
