Essential
Duties & Functions:
The
Healthcare Unit Clerk will assist in answering incoming calls and interact
with internal and external customers in a professional manner at all times.
The
Clerk is also responsible for accurate data entry of patient information into
the system. He/she is also responsible
for forwarding data to appropriate departments as set out in agency processes. He/she collaborates with internal and
external customers as it relates to case management needs of the
patients. He/she has the ability to
multitask and prioritize with time sensitive materials.
The
incumbent will need technology used by the agency to perform the assigned
duties including Horizons
