Premier Health is now hiring for temporary positions in clinical and non-clinical areas. Jobs will last six weeks, per assignment, and may be extended based on need and your availability. Premier Health Helping Hands is a temporary staffing program that connects individuals to where they can help the most, when needed.  This role allows licensed and other experienced personnel to focus solely on patient care. As such, the Helping Hands Associate provides practical service by completing support tasks, such  as stocking and/or delivering supplies, escorting patients and family, supporting the delivery of patient meals, answering phones or call lights, patient sitter duties, assisting with cleaning (in both common and patient care areas), and other functions that do not require licensure, certification, or specialized education or training.

 

While no specific prior experience is needed, Helping Hands Associates should demonstrate

  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • The ability to meet physical requirements associated with consistent physical activity (pulling, standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and the like)
