Duties
Design and develop instructional materials and courses
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy
Utilize multimedia technology and authoring tools
Conduct needs assessments and tailor courses for different audiences
Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials and revise as necessary
Facilitate in person and virtual training
Coordinate and support training programs

Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or related field; or relevant experience in lieu if degree
1-3 years of experience in instructional design or educational technology
Proficiency in instructional design software (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, etc.)
Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
