Position Summary
General Summary/Responsibilities:
The Lead Care Team Associate is responsible for coordinating all duties associated with the clerical, reception, and 
patient transport areas of the Medical Imaging department. Responsible for maintaining the staffing levels of these 
areas at the appropriate budgeted levels. Provides immediate supervisor with information regarding the daily 
operations and gives input into programs, procedure development and staff evaluations. In a timely manner, will deal
with direct reports effectively and hold others accountable. Independently performs all clerical tasks, receptionist 
functions, and patient transport duties in collaboration with the Medical Imaging Team. Works in accordance with 
established policies, procedures, and standards. Assists with the management of patient flow and activities of the 
Medical Imaging Department. Exercises professional judgment in the performance of duties.
