Knowledge/Skills
- 7-10 years’ experience in marketing or related field.
- Deep knowledge of health care industry, trends and business acumen.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience in Agile marketing methodologies a plus.
- Exceptional oral and written and communication skills with deep knowledge of social media, activation and emerging channels/trends. the technical skills needed to make positive judgments with respect to copy, printing, layout, design, photography and electronic advertising
- Experienced in managing cross functional teams and outside agencies and ensuring cost-effective and productive results.
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions related to marketing execution and project management based on best practices and experience.
- Must be nimble and flexible – ability to shift priorities and focus areas quickly based on area of greatest need.
- Passion for leveraging the dynamic, shifting landscape of health care to drive effective marketing initiatives that engage consumers and drive business objectives.
- Working knowledge of processes for measurement, like testing, tracking and analyzing campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work with all levels of staff (executive, front-line, and physicians) and function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Committed to exceeding expectations in performance and leadership.
- Results-oriented and exhibits attention to details.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions:
1. Normal office environment – incumbent must possess all visual skills
Hybrid role – incumbent must be available for minimum of 1 day per week in the office for team collaboration. Additional in-office days may be needed occasionally for specific on-site meetings or trainings. The first 90 days will be full-time in office for onboarding.
