Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work from a college or university accredited by the CSWE (council on social work education) required
Licensure: Licensure with the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Work and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. LSW required, LISW preferred.
Experience: At Least 3 years of experience in a health care setting or other social service agency.
Skills/Other: Must possess strong clinical and communication skills.
