MEDICAL TECH
Education: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Medical Technology from an accredited college plus one year internship in an accredited Medical Technology program.
Certification: Certified as a Medical Technologist (MT) with the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) with the National Certification Agency (NCA) or equivalent is required.
Experience: Experience desirable; however, certification and completion of an approved program is sufficient.
Skills/Other: Skills appropriate to level of certification.

Education: Associates degree with approved laboratory science training required.
Certification: Certification as a Clinical Laboratory Technician from ASCP or NCA.

Skills/Other: No post-certification experience required; 1-3 years of experience preferred.
