- Education – must have an Associate Degree in mental health technology, human services, or related human services area, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or equivalent.
- Job Experience - Previous psychiatric inpatient experience preferred.
- Job Knowledge - Must have a general knowledge of human behaviors, abnormal and developmental psychology.
- Requires certification in CPI and CPR.
