JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited program of Mental Health Technology, Psychology, or Social Work. Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Licensure: N/A
Certification: Current healthcare provider CPR certification required. CPI certification required within 1st 90 days of hire.
Experience: Must possess current (within past 5 years) direct care experience in an inpatient or outpatient psychiatric setting, be a health care technician with other clinical experience, and have an aptitude for psychiatric patient care.
Skills/Other: Must be knowledgeable regarding care of mental health patients and work collaboratively with others. Must demonstrate competency in listed major duties and responsibilities of job description.
