Minimum Level of Experience Required: 5 - 7 years of job related experience
Prior specific functional responsibilities: 3 to 5 years experience in managerial/supervisory capacity required. Previous experience that demonstrates successful negotiating and coordinating skills working with outside contractors is preferred.
