As Manager of Physician Contracting, you will work closely with the Director of Physician Contracting, in-house counsel, Compliance, Finance, executive leadership, and other internal stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to own the full lifecycle of certain physician contracts, including physician employment and service agreements within the Premier Physician Network and/or medical education agreements supporting the academic work of Premier Health. You will help draft, review, revise, route, track, and maintain critical agreements, ensuring accurate terms, inclusion of benchmarking and fair market value analyses, and adherence to internal business, compensation, and compliance processes. ·       Develop and assist with drafting certain types of physician and/or academic contracts, including service, employment, and medical education agreements

·       Draft, review, and independently redline physician employment agreements, amendments, addenda, and related documents using approved templates and established compensation frameworks

·       Manage the full lifecycle of certain physician agreements from initial request through execution, including workflow routing, tracking, milestone monitoring, and document retention

·       Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the health system to ensure accurate terms and corresponding information are included in contracts

·       Ensure appropriate benchmarking and fair market value analyses are included so in-house counsel can assess compliance with federal and state law and regulation

·       Support internal business, compensation, and compliance review processes for physician contracts

·       Serve as an initial point of contact for internal stakeholders seeking assistance with physician or physician-supporting arrangements

·       Maintain and continuously update a comprehensive contract tracking database, including compensation terms, renewal dates, notice provisions, incentive metrics, and other key obligations

·       Monitor contract expirations, compensation changes, and compliance deadlines, and proactively notify leadership of upcoming actions or risks

·       Coordinate contract review and approval processes with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and executive leadership

·       Support audit and compliance activities by preparing documentation, reports, and summaries related to physician agreements

·       Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time, and strengthen internal controls

·       Prepare summary reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates regarding contract status, trends, and key performance indicators

·       Serve as a subject matter resource for physician contract processes and documentation standards across the organization

·       Ensure all internal recordkeeping is accurate, complete, and up to date

·       Bachelor’s degree required

   *Years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education

·       May consider candidates with an associate’s degree and significant paralegal and/or contract management experience

·       Preferred 3–5 years of experience in drafting of contracts and related documents

·       Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management, tracking, and document retention practices

·       Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across multiple departments

·       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

·       Ability to monitor deadlines, compliance requirements, and key contractual obligations

·       Experience preparing reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates preferred

·       Professional communication skills and the ability to serve as a subject matter resource
