Licensure/Certification/Registration
* License to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Ohio
* Valid license to practice as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio
* Current CPR certification required at the time of hire
* National Certification as an Advance Practice Nurse as a Nurse Practitioner
Experience
Minimum Level of Experience Required: No prior job-related work experience
Preferred experience: Three to five years of APRN experience
