Education: Graduation of an accredited nursing program; Master’s degree required
Licensure: Valid Ohio Registered Nurse License
Certification: Certificate of Authority to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse as defined by the State of Ohio. Written Standard Care Agreement (SCA) required after employment as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing. Current BLS required; ACLS preferred.
Experience: At least (3) years of Perioperative RN experience is required. Operating Room experience is preferred.
Skills/Other: Demonstrated competence in performance of nursing skills relative to practice area.
