Education: BSN required
Licensure: Ohio State License as a Registered Nurse
Certification: ACLS, CPR
Experience: Two years of nursing experience with previous charge or nursing supervisory experience.
Skills: Professional knowledge of nursing theory, practice and administration in order to oversee planning and implementation of care, and ability to prepare analyses, reports, policies and budgets; Computer experience required; Requires critical thinking, prioritization skills, the ability to work under pressure and to multi-task; Strong interpersonal skills and communication required
