Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapy
- Full-Time, 40 hours per week
The Hand Certified Occupational Therapist works closely with the hand surgeons and other referring physicians in providing specialized assessment and treatment of patients of all ages with hand and upper extremity problems. This therapist is also competent in providing basic occupational therapy services to patients with other disabilities.
The incumbent is responsible for assisting with marketing the program, teaching, clinically supervising non-certified therapists in the provision of services within the area of specialty and supervision of occupational therapy assistants.
Education:
Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
Licensure:
Must possess a valid license to practice Occupational Therapy issued by the State of Ohio.
Certification:
Must possess Hand Therapy certification.
