ON-BOARDING SPEC-SR
Education: Minimum Level of Education Required: Associate degree
- Area of study or major: Human Resources preferred but any Associate Degree will be accepted
Position specific testing requirement: Proficiency with Typing, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience: Minimum Level of Experience Required: 1 - 3 years of job-related experience
Prior job title or occupational experience: Office Administrator, Human Resources Coordinator, Admin Support
Prior specific functional responsibilities: 1 years administrative or Human Resources
Preferred experience: 2 years in pre-employment or on-boarding
Other experience requirements: Must have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and to handle issues or problems as they arise. The ability to reconcile records and audit work to ensure data integrity and accuracy of information going into various systems. Ability to research various types of data/information in order to support recruitment and retention activities and initiatives and recommend outcomes when applicable. Ability to handle and maintain confidential/sensitive information. Must be able to pass a comprehensive background screening.
