JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
Licensure: Current RN license in the state of Ohio required.
Certification: Certification in area of specialty preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two years job-related experience
Skills: Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task. Effective interpersonal communication skills with patients, physicians, and the multi-disciplinary team. Problem solving, decision making and critical thinking skills. Able to function under stress. Able to collect and analyze data electronically and reach conclusions for clinical improvements.
