Responsibilities

• Evaluate processes for effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity
• Engage with project stakeholders to manage and implement secure, cost-effective solutions
• Establish and drive project team member accountabilities in a collaborative environment
• Lead projects through the entire project life cycle
• Work among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate business process changes
• Collaborate with DH&T for project design, scope, and prioritization
• Manage changing requirements and project ambiguities adjusting goals and timelines accordingly

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Operations, Business Operations, Information Technology, Project Management, Process Improvement, or a related field
• 3 - 5 years of job-related experience in Process Improvement or Project Management
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma, Agile, or PDSA frameworks is highly desirable
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to lead medium complexity projects across multiple departments and divisions
• Lean/Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher preferred
