Minimum Level of Education Required: High School completion / GED
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current CPR certification through American Heart Association required at the time of hire.
Minimum Level of Experience Required: No prior job-related work experience
Preferred experience: Medical terminology.
Successful completion of one of the following:
1. Nurse’s aide training course within the last five years.
2. Patient care experience within the last six months.
3. Currently enrolled in nursing school with the completion of core nursing classes.
4. Six months experience within a Premier acute care setting.
5. Valid STNA

Skills/Other: Must possess excellent communication skills, guest relations skills. Must be a team player (works well with others). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, schedule appointments, assist physicians with minor office procedures. Demonstrate willingness to be flexible and learn new tasks. Float between areas.
