Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Certification: Current American Health Assoc HeathCare Provider or Professional Rescuer BLS CPR certification required at time of hire (no on-line certifications accepted).
Previous titles: PCT, PCA, STNA, CNA
Experience: Successful completion of one of the following:
- Nurse Aide training course (CNA) within the last 5 years
- Valid STNA
- Patient Care Technician/Assistant certification
- 6 months Direct Patient Care experience within the last 12 months
- Experience in an Acute Care Setting within the last 6 months
- Currently enrolled in nursing school and completion of at least one clinical rotation
